Rust library for an app-embedded, high performance service mesh with binary data over TCP and sockets.

• Allows Rust-native, binary inter-process communications (IPC) among instances of the same app or related apps sharing the same binary protocol definition.
• Operates over TCP for network or sockets for local connections with strong public-key authentication over both.
• Provides message and blob sending with defined timeouts.
• Intended for long-lived connections among distributed nodes.
